When you use a real measuring tape as the standard you find out immediately that these iPhone apps are inAPPropriate for the task. Room sizes are difficult if not inaccurate with just flat surfaces. Hopefully some updates will bring improvements. I feel sorry for those who have paid for this, so if anybody is interested, get it today: Monday June 25th, and then wait and see how the app fares after a few updates. I tried taking a couple of simple measurements and had no trouble detecting the surfaces, however the measuring tape did not provide a full length scan of the object that I was measuring. And it did not provide any useful readings. As far as the recordings and images, sometimes it doesn’t even show the area that you scanned with the app. And then when you close that particular measurement, the app crashes and then you have to start all over again and re-initialize it. I am hoping that it will become more useful in the future. One thing that is important: this app requires light for it to function so scanning something in the evening isn’t going to work very well. ### 2/5 — How to delete files from this app? *2018-08-09, version 2.0* Just downloaded this app today and no crashing so far (as I see many other people saying) on my iPhone 7+ But while testing out the app I have now got several images and records of things I don’t need but I only see several options to send in messenger or save to phone files etc but no option to delete file ### 2/5 — An OK application, but needs work *2018-07-14* This app has a good concept behind, but still need a lot of work done.
