Приложение не справиться если у вас много углов в помещении, если недостаточно света (только яркий свет), тем более если есть предметы на полу. Идея хорошая, но реализация пока недотягивает даже до игрушки. Удалил.

I’ve read all the documentation on the website and the user manual in the app. I also bought the Pro upgrade. 

This app has several nice features, but getting them to work is a problem.  I’m a retired engineer, so I certainly understand the underlying concepts, but an not an iOS developer. 

Measuring rooms starts off with determining the horizontal plane - establishing the green dots, and setting pegs at the corners. Unfortunately, documentation doesn’t address how to handle corners which are obstructed by furniture, although there is an icon suggesting corner definition. 

When it starts, the message says “initializing AR session”. What am I supposed to do? I see the icons with the ruler icon, and press it to see Ruler, which shouldn’t require establishing a ground plane. Certainly, distance to camera shouldn’t need it if there is LIDAR, as in my iPhone 12 Pro. 

In fairness to the developer, similar apps are also poorly documented, for the most part.

[ - ] Зависания и мерцание всплывающих сообщений.
[ - ] Не понятные предупреждения призывающие: что-то-где-то-как-то сделать.

Payante ! Après avoir autorisé les accès aux caméras, etc… affiche la page des abonnements et aucun retour possible ni échappatoire ; donc appli payante !!! Perte de temps. 10€ l’année pour une utilisation ponctuelle ?!?
Du grand n’importe quoi. Autant s’acheter plusieurs règles ou mètres ruban quand l’occasion se présente.

突然この場所、この土地の広さを測らなくてはならなくなった時、巻き尺が要らないっていうのはすごく便利で、ありがたい。測定部分をカメラで写しておくとメモがわりにできるし、素晴らしい。
