Tapstyle got on the problem and notified me of the new update to fix the problem. It worked. It took weeks which isnt convenient for a business but I am glad they got to it.

Doesn’t always save appointments, does not consistently sync to iCalendar.   Not worth the $15/month.  Has cost me a couple of customers because of deleted appointments.

**Developer response:** Sorry our app lets you down — we'd really like to put right whatever went wrong.
As far as we tested the iCloud calendar sync with the current latest version, it works as expected.  So if you still have issue on it, could you tell us a little more about the issue on support@tapstyle.net? Even a quick note helps.

Deben mejorar eficientemente la traducción, en tipo de perro pone sabor, sabor del perro? Enserio? No es nada lógico, deberían verificar estas cosas antes de lanzar una App en otros idiomas o simplemente dejarla en el idioma de origen

スケジュールの表示が飼い主名のため、どの犬をグルーミングすれば良いのか、とても分かりづらい。またアイコンの表示サイズが小さ過ぎて見づらい。

せっかくワンコの誕生日を入力しているので、スケジュールの表示欄に、その日誕生日のワンコを表示してほしい。

お客様の誕生日は表示しているのですが、ペットの誕生日についても、同様に表示するように検討したいと思います。

Trouve l’application cool car on peut faire plusieurs choses mais quand je mets des personnes dans l’emploi du temps ça me les enregistre pas et quand je veux rajouter des clients ça ne me les enregistre pas non plus et je trouve qu’elle est un peu dur à utiliser les horaires il y a que de 10 heures à 17h il n’y en a pas d’autres et je n’arrive pas à changer les noms des toiletteurs c’est un petit peu bête bref c très compliqué à utiliser

L'application a été considérablement améliorée depuis votre avis, nous vous recommandons donc de la mettre à jour vers la dernière version.

Vous devriez pouvoir ajouter des clients depuis l'agenda ou la gestion des clients. Vous pouvez également définir les horaires d'ouverture du salon dans Paramètres > Réservation/Agenda > Horaires d'ouverture, et les horaires de chaque membre du personnel dans Paramètres > Toiletteur.

Muy buena aplicacion para peluqueria canina, tiene todo lo que se necesita.
Necesita una actualizacion y modernización de “citas onlina” se ve una interfaz muy “antigua” se podria actualizar a algo mas moderno y mejor visualmente

I am a small business and this keeps everything organized!! Like the features. Only thing I’d changed is for client with multiple pets, it doesn’t allow to separate pets when booking grooms.

Everything you need. Only complaint is I wish there was a way to log grooming instructions each time you see a client so you can go back into history to see the different trims they got.

I’ve been searching for a client software app for a long time that doesn’t break the bank. I pay for the full version and am excited that I can finally transition from using paper and folders to electronic records. I find this app incredibly useful, and relatively easy once you get the hang of it.

Excelente aplicación para peluquería canina y tienda ,llevaba mucho tiempo buscando algo así para trabajar con mi iPad , y es perfecta ! Agenda de trabajo , fichas de cada cliente , pagos , cobros ,gestión de tienda ,  etc... es muy extensa y muy completa , me encanta , la tengo 2 días y creo que no podré vivir sin ella , voy a comprar la licencia .  Felicidades a los creadores . Un saludo
