## What is Tapkey?

Tapkey turns your smartphone into a super-secure key. Combined with Tapkey-enabled locking devices, the app allows you to open entrance doors, shared office spaces, lockers, garage doors and cars with your smartphone. In addition, you can grant access to others and track locking activities. Access management has never been that easy!

“Let’s keep it simple” is our motto. That’s why all user packages include the entire range of features. They only differ in the amount of Smartphone Users. These are users with active access permissions for smartphones. You may buy additional NFC Tags, Cards and Stickers any time.

User packages are valid for 1 year and will be renewed automatically, unless the auto-renew function is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The payment will be processed via your iTunes Account. Please refer to your iTunes account settings to manage your subscriptions and how to turn off auto-renewal.

Pas terrible comme appli. Avec Apple Watch l’idée était bonne malheureusement ça bug tout le temps, trop souvent. Il faut réinstaller l’appli sur la montre. Et là on ne peut plus de connecter.  Pour le prix de la serrure, on attendait mieux que cela en terme de connexion.

Andauernd verlangt die App die Zugangsdaten erneut. Da steht man dann vor der Tür und kommt nicht rein. Besonders auf der Apple Watch gelingt das Anmelden fast nie. Ultra Wideband Unterstützung gibt es auch nicht. Armselig.

Man sollte meinen, bei so teuren Produkten, dass man in der Lage sein sollte, Widgets zu programmieren. Das Tür öffnen ist sehr umständlich!

Les cylindres ne sont pas fiables et l’électronique est fragiles. De plus l’application ouvre les cartes bancaires sur iOS au moment de l’approche du cylindre donc on est obligé d’ouvrir manuellement avec l’application.

Das neuste IOS18 ist nun schon länger verfügbar und Seit dem vermisse ich das Tapkey Widget. Auch das letzte Update brachte nichts. Bitte dringend nachbessern!

iOS 18 ist jetzt seit 3 Monaten raus, seit dem
Ist das Widget verschwunden. Heute gab es nun endlich mal ein Update der App und siehe da, immer noch kein Widget. Habe auch die watchapp, die ist aber leider gar nicht zu gebrauchen. Echt schade, dass da so fahrlässig mit Kundenwünschen umgegangen wird. Macht nicht wirklich Spaß.

Gebt kein Geld mehr für die Schlösser aus. Es ist wirklich eine Schande. Ich finde die Schlösser wirklich super. Aber die App ist total veraltet. Das Widget wurde jahrelang nicht an den neuen iOS Standard angepasst. Jetzt wird es seit iOS 18 nicht mehr unterstützt. Das letzte Update der App ist sechs Monate alt. 
Die Apple Watch wird zwar unterstützt. Das einloggen per Mail in die die Apple Watch App ist ein Krampf: Das Passwort wird nicht aus dem Passwortmanager übernommen. Ich muss das dann manuell eingeben. 
Echt schade.
