I've used TapMemo for years and have a large database, but a couple of days ago, when I opened it, I could not navigate from a screen of a grid of my activities: squares with dots and names. Tapping produces a haptic, but I can't navigate off of that screen. I downloaded a copy to my wife's iPhone 13, like mine, iOS 26.3.1, and it seems to work, she had no existing database.

服薬記録として使用しようとDLした。
よかったところ
・ダークモード対応
・8色から色分け可能。別名でも同じ色を使える
・ボタンとログが同じ画面で閲覧可能
残念だったところ
・個人的には項目を編集できるようにしてほしかった。すでに使用した色で項目名を一部変えたい場合新たに追加する以外の方法は無いようだった。

処方薬の服用記録として利用しています。
医師との相談で、薬の量や種類を症状に合わせて加減する事があり同じ薬でも量別に登録したり、別の病気の薬が間に入る場合は時間調整が必要なので、その都度時間主軸に記録したかった為、便利に使わせて頂いています。
ワンタップで日時が記録され、薬の登録も随時出来るので、サプリや飲み薬以外の使用などもメモ出来て「忘れ防止」には最適です。

行表示で簡潔なのは良いのですが、1日の区切りが無いのが難点。

薬やサプリの飲み薬だけで無く、吸引薬・点鼻薬・塗布薬と言った物も毎日入れ替わり立ち替わり記載されるので、今日の分が完了したかどうかが分かりにくいと困ります。

別の用途で繰り返し同じ項目が出て利用する方にとっても、1日の区切りがある方が便利な気がしました。ご検討いただけたらと思います。
