When I bought the cards it was a simple and easy way to use it but now of course they want you to pay a fee. I bought the cards already!!!! ### 1/5 — Deux ans de frustration *2025-11-25* Après deux ans de collaboration avec TAPNI, je suis extrêmement déçu. À ce jour, l’application ne fonctionne toujours pas correctement. Les échanges avec le service client sont quasiment inutiles : ils affirment régulièrement que les problèmes sont résolus alors que rien n’a changé. C’est tout simplement insupportable et une immense perte de temps. Les multiples mises à jour n’ont fait qu’aggraver les choses. J’ai dû re-télécharger l’application des dizaines, voire une centaine de fois à cause des bugs. Certaines fonctionnalités, comme le transfert de liens, marchaient très bien au début, puis se sont mises à ne plus fonctionner du tout. À cela s’ajoute une publicité permanente pour leur propre entreprise, ce qui est particulièrement gênant lorsque l’on exerce en profession libérale. J’ai investi beaucoup d’argent et énormément de temps, pour finalement être déçu par une société visiblement dépassée sur le plan technique. Le vrai problème, c’est la programmation de leur application. Ils doivent clairement changer de développeurs… et de service client. En revanche, je reconnais que la qualité d’impression de leurs produits est haut de gamme. Les supports physiques sont très beaux et très bien réalisés. Malheureusement, toute la valeur est plombée par une application défaillante. ### 5/5 — Une des meilleures *2025-05-02* Ça fait 3 ans que j’utilise ma carte tapni et elle est super utile, un vrai game changer pour le networking ### 2/5 — Plus de 2 ans que je possede une carte *2024-09-22* Tres deçu… ne marche pas facilement, toujours un problème en passant par le site , et maintenant l’application ne reconnaît plus mon telephone et je ne peux pas me connecter , lorsque je place ma carte sur un telephone une demande de téléchargement se fait ?! On ne sais pas ce que c’est ! Je pensais vraiment que tout cela se simplifierait… mais au contraire rien n’est facile … dommage je vais arreter de l’utiliser ! Uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing- won’t load. ### 1/5 — Druckqualität der Karte echt übel und einige Bugs *2023-07-15* Ich habe die Karte bestellt (49 EUR). Und war erschrocken wie schlecht die Druckqualität des Firmenlogos und der Schriften ist. Für 49 Euro eine Frechheit. Die Einrichtung des Profils war ok. Leider wechselt die Sprache nach jedem Speichervorgang oder beim Aufruf der App. Das nervt. Wichtig: sobald man die Karte ans Handy gehalten hat und sich der Browser geöffnet hat, die Karte vom Handy entfernen. Ansonsten öffnet sich der Browser x-mal. Fazit: die Idee ist gut, die Umsetzung und besonders die Qualität der Karte hat noch ganz viel Luft nach oben. Das sind andere Anbieter besser und günstiger. KEINE KAUFEMPFEHLUNG. ### 1/5 — Digital Contact in der App nicht editierbar *2023-06-30* Leider setzt sich mein digitaler Kontakt in der App immer wieder zurück. Anstatt das beim Scannen der Visitenkarte dann meine Telefonnummer und meine Emailadresse in die Kontaktliste meines Gegenübers eingespeichert werden, ist es nur ein “leerer” Kontakt mit Link zur tapni-Seite (der als Standard im Kontakt hinterlegt ist). Dieser Bug macht die App und die gesamte Visitenkarte komplett unbrauchbar. ### 1/5 — Not able to edit my links or Profile!? *2023-05-10* Setup is not clear and complicated. No support answer (DM on ig). ### 4/5 — Recht einfach einzustellen - für Anfänger perfekt *2023-02-26* Ich als Anfänger muss sagen, dass es wirklich einfach ist, sich dort zu registrieren und seinen Tapni zu erstellen. ein Stern Abzug gibt es, weil man gezwungen ist, sich einen NFC Chip von der Firma zu kaufen. da ich aber mein NFC Chip unter der Haut hab in der linken Hand, bräuchte ich ihn nicht quasi nur zum aktivieren des Accounts - was etwas nervig ist, da ein auch nicht die Alternative angeboten, wird es nur diesen Code zur Aktivierung zu kaufen. Angeboten wird, das einen über WhatsApp geholfen wird beziehungsweise wenn man Fragen hat, dort schreiben kann, was aber auch nicht wirklich funktioniert, da Nachrichten zwar ankommen, gelesen werden aber nicht beantwortet werden. In großen und ganzen eine gute Idee, leicht umsetzbare und alle gängigen sozial Media und co - Plattformen sind dort vertreten.
