## What is Tapnij?

apnij turns your phone into everything you need during a hotel stay. Order room service, ask the hotel a question at two in the morning, request more towels, and keep a record of every stay you have ever had — in one app, in your language.

ADD YOUR ROOM IN SECONDS
• At check-in, reception gives you a short code.
• Hold your phone to the tag in your room, enter the code, and you are in.
• No NFC on your phone? Type your hotel, room number and code instead.
• The code is what proves you are really the guest in that room, so nobody else can order to it.

ROOM SERVICE WITHOUT A PHONE CALL
• The full menu with photos, descriptions and real prices.
• Add to your order, send it, and watch its progress — accepted, on its way, delivered.
• Pay however the hotel allows: charged to your room, by card, or cash on delivery.

ALL-INCLUSIVE, PRICED AUTOMATICALLY
• If your package covers an item, it shows as included — with the normal price crossed out, so you can see what you saved.
• No mental arithmetic, and no surprises when you check out.

ORDER TO THE SUNBED, NOT THE ROOM
• Tap the tag on a sunbed or at the pool bar and your order comes to you there.
• Your room and your room bill stay exactly as they were.

ASK THE HOTEL ANYTHING, AT ANY HOUR
• Instant answers about wifi, breakfast times, checkout, parking and the spa.
• When a question needs a person, reception picks up the same conversation.

ASK FOR WHAT YOU NEED
• Towels, toiletries, an iron, an extra pillow, a late checkout.
• See when each request has been dealt with.

DO NOT DISTURB, WITHOUT THE DOOR HANGER
• Turn it on from your phone and housekeeping will not knock.
• It clears itself automatically, so you cannot accidentally block your room for the rest of the week.

EVERY STAY, REMEMBERED
• Your stays across every hotel that uses Tapnij, oldest to newest.
• Open any past stay to see what you ordered and what you talked about.
• It all stays with you after you check out.

MORE
• Book activities and spa slots where the property offers them.
• Collect points and claim rewards where there is a loyalty programme.
• Leave a tip for the person who actually brought your order.
• Available in English, Polish, Czech, Slovak, German and Ukrainian.

Tapnij is free for guests. You need a stay at a property that uses Tapnij — reception will give you the code when you check in.
