## What is TapNow Merchant?

TapNow Merchant Portal'' is a web-based order management system that TapNow’s partner merchants use to perform redemption of vouchers and to view redemption records.

Functions of the booking order management system: 

1. Scan the QR code on the voucher or manually enter the voucher number to redeem the booking

2. View redemption records

Email comments to info@tapnow.com.
