They bought out my old Ballys location on 106th & 3rd Avenue in Manhattan, and it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE trying to figure out their class schedule. It's almost like they don't want you to know! The staff at the location readily admit that the website doesn't work, so I had hopes the app would be better - WRONG!! The app only lists 3 states, and excludes NEW YORK CITY. How can this be?? Also, the allure of a digital membership card sounded like a potential benefit, but since NEW YORK CITY isn't listed I can't use it for that purpose. To top it off, the FAQ says that some clubs have old outdated scanners that won't read a barcode from a smartphone. REALLY??
