Alyssa has so many great tapping videos that help me calm my mind and nervous system.  She really has so many different tapping videos for all of my needs, they are so easy to do and so helpful for my well being.  She is amazing! Download her app to your phone so when you need to tap she is there to help.

Everyone should have this app downloaded on their phone! I love the instant effects tapping gives me. So no matter what I need, in any moment I can tap, regulate and move on with my day. Perfect for keeping my nervous system and mindset aligned- I use it daily!
