## What is TapPulse?

TapPulse: Heart Rate is a simple on-device dashboard for your Apple Health data.

After you authorize access, TapPulse displays your heart rate, sleep, and step count in one place.

With TapPulse, you can:
• View heart rate records, daily ranges, and trends
• Review last night's sleep and daily steps
• See the source of each heart rate record, such as Apple Watch or iPhone
• View your data locally on your device

TapPulse reads only heart rate, sleep analysis, and step count from Apple Health. It does not write to Apple Health, upload your health data, or share it with third parties.
