TapSay is a phrasebook built for the three seconds when you actually need it — at a taxi window, a pharmacy counter, a market stall. Everything in the core app runs offline on your device, so it works on a dead SIM, on a plane, or in a country where your usual translation app is blocked. OFFLINE, ALWAYS Speaking, browsing, the keypad and your saved phrases all work with no connection.
