I’ve been getting the runaround so much I should be able to be Olympic runner. Do not use this app. *2023-10-14* This app is a scam. They will give you access to the money but the repayment is a nightmare and you won’t be credited for it. I paid my balance off and it still shows a diminished available balance despite getting a payment confirmation email AND the transaction coming out of my actual bank account. It’s impossible to reach someone to speak with them. I spent an hour and 8 minutes on hold waiting for someone before I had to get off the phone. They have no chat support, no email address for help, and not even a website! Googling how to repay yields NOTHING as TAPT is ALSO the name of an NFC business card venture and that’s all that comes up. You don’t need additional funds this badly. I PROMISE you. All of that aside the app is terrible to use. It’s slow, poorly organized, and ill-conceived. Avoid this at all costs. Try Earnin’ or any of the other myriad of options available. I was able to borrow and pay loan off plus more. After paying the borrowed amount back I never received an increase to borrow again. I also learned after paying off my balance I ended up over paying and my over payment went towards the borrow account. So now my statement shows I can borrow 469 but the app is still stuck at 124.
