I have tap gestures enabled on my watch but I can’t get the app to respond. What am I supposed to be tapping? The watch face? The crown? My thumb and finger? I’m lost!

I love the simple design of this app. It helps me stay focused on my breath work while tracking my health data. And I find a lot of curated designs, like the gradient is flowing while you move your wrist, or after you completed a breath work with it, the complication on watch face would give you a surprise. 👍🏼👍🏽👍🏾
