It’s not that huge amount of money however it’s been now over five days and the transaction still in progress that technical issues this never happens to me and I already sent thousands to Egypt through this app but recently it’s becoming more difficult and taking more time for the money to arrive and the worst part is a support over chat or a phone it’s useless and bad and they really need to get customer support with experience because no one know what to do specially that I talk to them 2 times first one they told me wait two days eventually be fixed after two days. Now they are leg behind the competitor, Remetly is giving impressive rates than tap tap. I don’t mind sending money through tap tap but before sending Need to consider the rate.
