Long way to go before we call the quality of the app even acceptable! 
Chat screen is completely misaligned making typing a pain and then the chat closes advising it’s been inactive for over 69 seconds.

It is unable to return to the main page after review rating, only the option available is to close the app and re login. 

If we pay the entire bill, the due amount will remain there without any change displayed for long time unchanged and not updated.

When trying to login, system says incorrect login details/password. When you try to reset your password and login back, it says incorrect again. The cycle is repeated a hundred times and still the same issue.

It was very impressed with the digitalized move-in and move-out process. It was incredibly easy to use, and the steps were clear and straightforward. The utility billing system is transparent, with no hidden charges, and the online portal made it convenient to track my usage and bills. The refund of my deposit was processed promptly without any hassle, which was a huge relief. Overall, the system is efficient, and the customer service team was responsive to any queries I had !

There has been a significant improvement across the full functionality of this application. User interface is smooth, easy to understand and colour palette pleasant on the eyes. The new ‘at a glance’ section is extremely helpful and gives an immediate idea of what is happening in your account. Smooth integration between different parts of the application. 
Overall a very much improved user experience.

I was outside UAE and was having trouble trying to log in to my ADDC account to pay an overdue bill. I wondered if there was an app and typed ADDC into the App Store search and sure enough here it is. Installed and paid my bill in seconds. Great app.
