## What is TaraGör?

Reading labels takes minutes. TaraGör takes seconds.

Scan a barcode to instantly see sugar, saturated fat, salt, additives and allergens. Every product gets a clear 0-100 health score, with cleaner alternatives suggested from the same category.

PRIVACY FIRST

No account required; every feature works without signing in. No ads, no tracking, no selling of data. Product information comes from the open-data projects Open Food Facts and Open Beauty Facts. Label photos are processed only to read the ingredient list and are not stored on our server; when you add a product with a barcode, its photos and ingredient data (no personal data) are added to the community database. Your allergen and diet preferences never leave your phone without your explicit consent.

TARAGÖR PRO

All features are unlocked with a TaraGör Pro subscription; weekly and yearly options and current prices are shown on the subscription screen. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can cancel any time in iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.

In this version:
- New app icon and a redesigned welcome flow: "spot the unhealthy one → pick the healthier one" comparisons with real products.
- Search has been rewritten. Products that exist in Open Food Facts but never showed up now appear on the first try; imported brands returning no results at all is fixed.
- Search is noticeably faster and no longer returns an empty list under load. You can type a barcode straight into the search box.
- Fixed Explore lists occasionally coming up empty, and missing brand names / Nutri-Score grades on some products.
- Now runs on every iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
