All of my AUM projects are lost cause current version cant load auv3 state saved in previous versions of the app ### 3/5 — Possibilités géniales mais… *2024-09-04, version 1.2.1* Je viens juste de démarrer et essaie de l’utiliser dans GarageBand En combinaison avec l’écran de tardigrain pour les effets et un Arturia minilab mkII pour le signal midi Ça marche au début tant que je suis dans l’instrument mais dès que j’essaie d’en changer et d’y revenir ,visiblement le signal midi passe encore mais l’ A U ne le transforme plus en son… J’ai essayé les paramètres midi mais dans GarageBand je ne retrouve pas les mêmes paramètres de l’app en standalone… C’est quand même une app excellente et pleine de promesses j’essaie d’en tirer toute les possibilités, d’où la frustration… Un coup de pouce et je rajoute les étoiles manquantes dans la seconde Merci ### 4/5 — Unique granular synth *2024-07-11* I love this developer!?! Always great innovative, unique, original style and flavor to all his apps. They are all so phenomenal and aesthetically appealing. No labels or bunch of text so it makes it easy to just explore and play around. Great for happy accidents!?! Keep up the great work!?! ### 5/5 — My preferred granular synth *2024-04-06, version 1.1.3* Simply awesome! Every sample you put in it, it becomes a whole sonic world. Set set of parameters to control grain generation permits deep interaction without being overwhelming. The modulation features are unique, including the interna keyboard. I used for drones and pads, but evens for plucks I had wonderful surprises. ### 5/5 — Interestingly subtle❣️ *2024-03-09* Time for a new review. First, Tardigrain has been around a lot longer than the 5-year App History implies. :-) What? Some 15-18 years? I found Tardigrain now long after it first was released. Way before Alligoopa’s demise. My first Allihoopa offering was from Tardigrain. Several Japanese members were excited that not only did I know of the tiny beast AND I made a song to them. lol I have always had Tardigrain on my mobile device! There still isn’t anything quite like it on the App Store. It’s other worldly and under worldly! It’s simple but affective. Keep thinking out of the box! (And very stable standalone playing in the background with other apps while I read on iOs.) ### 5/5 — Look no further *2024-03-06* This is a fantastic and intuitive creative tool. The only Robles is that it is flaky as hell when it comes to retaining AU3 settings. Which rather defeats the purpose of AU3. Возможности данного приложения по факту ограничиваются вашим рвением в поиске новых звуков и по факту они безграничны. Mp3, why doesn't he do it anymore? I work with .mp3 files, because they weigh less than .wav files. Have you already joined some commercial pact, to be able to give preponderance to the .wav files? Developers sold. Like doctors, who invent the disease, to be able to sell medical products, to brands. ### 1/5 — Volume level problems iPhone 12 Pro *2025-06-25* I can’t really honestly rate this yet because I can barely hear it! At volume settings other synths are quite loud at, loaded side-by-side…and with this app’s gain all the way up…still barely audible. Also, some bundled patches go into a permanently flickering state that seems like another bug. ### 1/5 — No manual *2025-03-07, version 1.2.1* No manual. Can’t load my own samples. I got my sound into a weird state that doesn’t work well, so I thought I’d restart. Nope, no way, only thing you can do is load a preset and then load your sample. Maybe there’s a way, but the nonexistent manual doesn’t tell me. Lfos are only triangle or random, no square, saw, sine, never seen such a limitation before. They are all bipolar which makes them useless for many functions. No sample normalization, which is really weird in a sample based instrument, so I had to buy a sample editor. We appreciate every single project offered by him and they are consistently used in our studio of high end gear. Eric’s instruments may not have every single modern bell and whistle but they are intuitive and translate well to Elektron samplers or any hardware sampler. - The use cases are seemingly infinite. - The code is memory efficient and runs smoothly. - They play nicely with your workflow. - Farmable sounds, effects, experimentation.. I hope this developer get into making hardware because he would literally be the next Soma. ### 5/5 — Wow! *2024-05-24* Very useful, intuitive and great sounding grain synth.
