The only benefit is scheduling group workouts since it’s not compatible with my Apple Watch. Bummer.

I’ve been a member of 1440 for over 6 months now.  The addition of this app has been really helpful.  Only downside is this app does not sync with Apple Health and does not work with the Apple Watch.  When I work out I use a fitness band and my watch so it tracks in all platforms.  It would be nice to only depend on one.
