## What is TargetOS?

Most apps are digital scorecards. You shoot, you total, you’re done. TargetOS is built as a small operating system for your archery data—so what happened on the line becomes something you can actually train from.

What that looks like beyond the score:

• Arrow-by-arrow logging with optional mental/physical ratings and notes
• Impact / miss plotting and arrow heat-map style review so you can see group patterns, not just a number
• Consistency tracking—where points drop, when they drop (late ends, distance changes, fatigue), not only the final total
• Live concentricity-style feedback from photos after each game, scored by %
• Structured practice paths and goal-oriented training blocks (not just “start a blank scorecard”)
• Blind / blank-bale support for form work when the rings shouldn’t be the focus
• Photos of faces/groups, setups, tuning-oriented flows
• Interactive bare shaft tuning guide, with your setup notes saved on the device so you can check them anytime—or restore what worked after a change
• Precision Cut Archery sight marks on the scorecard — import your PCA marks so yardage/sight info is right there. No app-switching mid-round. We don’t do cuts or ballistics; you still use Precision Cut for that. TargetOS just brings your marks into the log.
• CSV export for coaching review, spreadsheets, or long-term history
• Offline-first: no account required; data stays on your device unless you export it
• Same scorecard pattern across disciplines so Field, Vegas, ASA, and World Archery all feel familiar on the line
• Running score bubble and optional per-end totals without leaving the card
• Equipment setups saved with your sessions so bow/arrow changes stay tied to the data
• Live weather data plus date and time stamped on sessions
• Metrics that surface which bow you shoot best, common arrows dropped, and where those drops happen
• All of it filterable so you can focus on what matters for your next tournament or competition

Faces and formats in this build:

• NFAA practice (Vegas, 5-Spot, Outdoor Target)
• Field, Hunter, Animal
• World Archery (18m, 50m, 70m, WA Field)
• League / competition-style sessions alongside free practice

ASA 3D (expanded):

• Delta McKenzie and Rinehart targets available in dropdowns—not a generic “3D target” label
• Current ASA classes in dropdown so the round is logged the way you actually shoot it
• Course / multi-target flow built for real 3D days
• Guessed yardage vs actual (where you use it) so ranging skill is part of the data, not just the score
• Realistic target plotting so impact location and miss patterns mean something on animal targets
• Session data that rolls into metrics with the rest of your archery log
