## What is Tarima?

Tarima is the bilingual operating home for ballet folklórico groups.

Keep every handmade traje, performance call time, rehearsal, dancer, and family in step. Tarima is designed around the way folklórico studios work: regional repertoire, borrowed costume pieces, separate call and performance times, bilingual households, and frequent community performances.

TRAJE ROOM

- Create and organize regional costume kits
- Track every blouse, skirt, rebozo, ribbon, headpiece, and accessory
- Assign trajes to dancers and upcoming performances
- Record fittings, repairs, measurements, packing progress, notes, and return dates
- Give each family a private view of the trajes assigned to its dancers

PERFORMANCE READINESS

- Review call time separately from performance start time
- See every dancer's RSVP, attendance, assigned traje, and missing pieces together
- Catch fitting and repair warnings before leaving
- Share grupo, venue, parking, and what-to-bring details in one packet

BILINGUAL BY DESIGN

- Switch between Spanish and English at any time
- Staff compose once, review the translation, and send both languages
- Each family reads schedules and messages in its chosen language

PRIVATE STUDIO COORDINATION

- Join through a studio, staff, or dancer-specific family invite code
- Personal family invites automatically connect the correct dancer
- Families communicate privately with staff
- Reporting, blocking, moderation, privacy controls, and in-app account deletion are included

Tarima was created for the rhythms of folklórico—from regional grupos and called rehearsals to the last missing listón in a performance bag.
