We followed all of the automated prompts sent from the app to our text message. Seems like it was outsourced to some third-party though. After waiting for a LONG time, my wife had to just go inside and get it off the counter. Wondering how long it was just sitting there on that counter, considering the time that we ordered the takeout. Waited seven minutes while people all around me popped in to pickup their orders. Went it to pickup our order and took it, walked out, and the person behind the counter sneered a ""Sooooo-rryyyyy". It was also missing parts of our order. First of all they didn’t bother to read the comments or the instructions for the order. Second they squeezed the rice for two order in one box.
