Developer has not answered my message. ### 1/5 — Was working very well, until ... *2023-08-27* The cards started showing up face-down, just the blue floral backs. I closed and reopened, and now even the old readings have the cards face down. I clicked around and looked at all the menus and could not find away to flip them face-up. It's too bad, because I was really enjoying the app. upgraded to 5-star because of customer service and the very best of motivations (curiosity -- page of swords) on the part of the developer. **Developer response:** Hi there, Bri here, developer of Taro. UPDATE I was able to track down that the issue was due to a server-side outage that was resolved. Could you please try loading your readings again? If things end up working, would you mind updating this rating? If not, please email me. I’m an indie dev providing a free app, and all I want is for this to work for you!! ❤️ ORIGINAL MESSAGE So the images require an internet connection. If they do not load (for whatever reason) then they will only show the card icon, like you’re experiencing. This is simply a placeholder image. I’ve checked all the builds (on all platforms) and the images are loading well on my end, which makes my developer brain very curious. I paid for, “No ads,” and that’s what I expected. Just be honest and say, “Pay for NO ads but you will still see ads.” I know, HONESTY, crazy ideas - never would work. ### 4/5 — Awesome *2023-06-22, version 1.1.2* Great app, very useful and well designed overall. Unfortunately, there currently seems to be no way to delete a reading once you've created it. Also, it would be nice to be able to give readings a title. Tried to email you but it bounced back. I haven’t seen an app yet that had a list of spreads, just a thought. ### 5/5 — The Best *2022-08-15, version 1.1.1* There are a ton of tarot apps in the App Store, but this one is my favorite. It’s the cleanest looking, best organized, and my favorite part is that the watch app is fully functional. I’m having trouble getting it to load at the moment, but I messaged the developer and it sounds like a fix is on the way! ### 5/5 — App won't open *2022-07-07, version 1.1.1* I love how you can scan cards and how they transfer to my laptop. I love the idea of this app. It works great on my computer but not on my phone.
