I guess I’ll be looking for a new tarot app. ### 1/5 — Frustrating Experience with Unwanted Charges and Limited Access. *2024-12-08, version 1.2.10* I downloaded this app and started a free trial, which I canceled before the due date. Despite this, I keep getting charged, and I can't download anything without paying for the app first. I even forgot I chose a free trial because the app was so bad I abandoned it in seconds. The readings are completely off for me- every card is reversed, every day, no matter what. I’ve emailed customer support and they suggested an article to understand how to read reversals. Thanksabunch! but not quite helpful guys. This is a bug that needs to be fixed or I need to be able to turn off reversals. Zinnia has a fantastic platform and same 1/year subscription payment ethic. Their app offered a tarot portion that was my initial gateway into tarot. When I saw they had made a separate app focused on the tarot portion, I downloaded it right away and I’m more than happy with my experience so far. If you’re interested in learning more, their premium services provided extensive articles that go in depth with the different types of tarot styles and reading techniques. Maybe check it out for a week or two and if you don’t care for it, you can cancel it whenever. All in all, I’ve been very happy with this app and their developers.
