## What is Tarp?

Tarp keeps your market days, vendors, booths and booth fees in one place. Built with market organizers for anyone who runs a farmers market, craft fair, flea market, night market or holiday market and is tired of the spreadsheet.

VENDORS APPLY ONCE
Share one link. Vendors send their business, category, photos and the markets they want. You approve them into a vendor pool for each location, or import the spreadsheet you already have.

BUILD THE LINEUP
Drag regulars from the pool, or copy last month's lineup in one tap. Tarp shows the category mix for every date and warns you before you end up with four honey vendors and no produce.

INVITATIONS GO OUT
Vendors say yes from their phone. Confirmed vendors move to Attending and get an invoice with a unique reference, so payments are easy to match.

SEE WHO'S PAID
One page shows what's due and what's late, by market date. Mark paid, send a reminder or release the booth.

ON MARKET DAY
Check vendors in at the gate, even with no signal. Assign booth numbers on the booth plan. Take card payments on the spot with Tap to Pay.

ALSO IN TARP
• Public calendar with booths left, so vendors stop asking if there's space
• Vendor documents: insurance certificates, permits and your own market rules in one place, with expiry reminders
• Category mix with a soft cap per category
• Team admins across several sites
• No passwords: sign in with Apple or a code by email
• Flat monthly price, no fees per vendor, per booth or per booking

FOR VENDORS
Vendors never pay to use Tarp. See invitations, upcoming dates and what you owe, and keep one profile and one set of documents for every market you sell at.

PLANS
Starter: one location, unlimited dates and vendors.
Business: unlimited locations and admins, custom documents and application questions.

Try any plan free for 14 days. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled any time in Settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
