## What is Tarteeb?

Your day is more than one list. It includes work, home, family, appointments and recurring responsibilities. Tarteeb brings your tasks, habits and routines together, helping you see what needs attention today and what comes next.

A start that fits you
Choose what you want to organize first, then select ready-made tasks, habits and routines. Adjust your choices and review exactly what will be added before starting, or finish setup later.

Today in one place
See a compact daily brief, with an expandable view of today, upcoming plans and recent completions. Open an item to review it, and find reminders and suggestions on the same page.

Clearer, easier tasks
Add a task, set its date and priority, and find it quickly with search. Create daily, selected-weekday or monthly tasks. Change one occurrence or future occurrences, skip a date, or stop repeating while keeping completed history.

Connected habits and routines
Track daily, weekly and monthly habits, and bring related tasks and habits into one routine. Add items from inside the routine and review your progress over time.

Suggestions you control
Tarteeb suggests useful next steps based on your choices and current content. Accept, postpone or dismiss a suggestion. Tasks are not added and schedules are not changed without an action from you.

Reminders you choose
Enable the task and habit reminders you need, or an optional reminder to review your day. Reminders require your choice and notification permission.

Arabic first
An interface designed for Arabic and right-to-left reading, with English available in Settings. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Siri support and iPhone search help keep your plans within reach.

Your privacy and choices
Core organization needs no Tarteeb account. No ads or tracking. Planning data is stored on your device, and supported records can sync through your private iCloud account when available.

Claude is a separate optional cloud assistant, off by default. It requires your consent and your own Anthropic API key. Quick Capture text may be sent to Anthropic when help is needed to understand it. A weekly reflection is requested manually and sends a summary, with a separate option to include task titles. Sharing details and the privacy policy are available in Settings.

• A "Done" button on the reminder itself, and reminders for tasks, not only habits.
• Lighten the day: when your day is overloaded, or you're back after a break, Tarteeb suggests what can wait, with one tap to undo.
• The Hijri date under Today, and suggestions that respect Ramadan and Eid.
• Setup in three screens, an add button on every tab, and long-press any task or habit for quick actions.
• Siri in Arabic and English: "What matters today in Tarteeb", "Lighten my day in Tarteeb".
• An optional cloud assistant, off by default, that uses your own key.
