Була відображена сума переказу та сума комісії. Зробив переказ, списали значно більше ніж було зазначено при переказі грошей. У квитанції також зазначена лише сума переказу та комісія. А банк сам списує значно більше. Не зрозуміла позиція банку ### 5/5 — Все влаштовує *2025-11-18, version 2.98.0* По функціоналу один із топових додатків, звісно не моно але… ### 1/5 — Жахливі умови *2025-10-21, version 2.96.0* Не можу перевести кошти з карти, бо має зняти комісію спочатку банк. 150 грн не зрозуміло за що. За застарілий додаток чи низьку якість обслуговування? ### 1/5 — Найгірший банк України *2025-10-01, version 2.94.0* Це найжахливіший банк евер, не маю уяви як вони отримали ліцензію НБУ, мабуть за сало!!!! Нараховують не оправдані відсотки, купа скритих платежів, заявку на гарячу лінію закривають без рішення, і просто пишуть що не змогли звʼязатись! Жах, і це я мовчу за конські комісії за все, закрив рахунок, і буду святкувати цю подію. Нікому не раджу користуватись їх послугами, мабуть в швидко гроші краще умови ніж у них ### 1/5 — Найгірший банк *2025-09-26, version 2.93.0* Найгірший банк України!!! Закинув 300 грн 150 просто так знялось «комісія банку» і залишком користуватись не можу. ### 1/5 — Жах *2025-09-19, version 2.93.0* Найгірший банк , яким я користувалась , коротко пів місяця вони не могли розблокувати рахунок, хоча всі документи були надані. Потім , закривши залишалась сума , перевели на інший банк і там вимагають пояснення чому припинили відносини , типу ми так не хочемо .
