تسوَّق هي منصة تعتمد على أحدث التقنيات والحلول والخبرات المتوفرة في عالم التجارة الإلكترونية لتزويد المستخدم بتجربة شراء مريحة ومثالية في المتاجر المحيطة به محلياً. 
في تسوَّق تم تصميم عملية شراء المنتجات وتبادل الخدمات بعناية تعكس أفضل الخبرات والممارسات القائمة في الأسواق العصرية، ما يمنح المستخدم تجربة فريدة تمزج بين الجودة الفائقة والخدمة المميزة ضمن أقل التكاليف.
للإستفادة من الخدمة المقدمة عبر التطبيق، إبدأ بتحديد موقعك، واختر متجراً من بين المتاجر المحيطة بك. تصفح المنتجات. أضف ما ترغب به إلى عربة التسوق. أخيرًا، قم بإدخال عنوانك وسيقوم مندوب التوصيل بتسليم طلبك على الفور الى العنوان المحدد.
فيما تتطابق جميع الأسعار المعلنة على التطبيق مع أسعار المتجر، تختلف رسوم التوصيل من متجر إلى آخر وتعتمد في حالات كثيرة على قيمة الطلب. حيث توفر بعض المتاجر رسوماً مخفضة للطلبات التي تزيد قيمتها عن مبلغ محدد فيما تقدم بعض المتاجر خدمة التوصيل مجاناً في حال وصلت قيمة الشراء مبلغاً معيناً. 
كما يمكنك إجراء التعديلات على الطلب المودع من خلال التطبيق أو إلغائه خلال خمس دقائق من لحظة إرساله. بالإضافة إلى ذلك يوفر التطبيق إمكانية تتبع حالة الطلب منذ إرساله حتى وصوله إلى العنوان المحدد.
يُوصى بشدة أن يتم تفحص جميع المشتريات التي يتم تسليمها لك بدقة. في حال تبين انها لا ترقى لمستوى توقعاتك بأي شكل من الأشكال، قم ببساطة بإعادتها إلى مندوب التوصيل. سيقوم التطبيق بحذف المنتج وتعديل المبلغ المستحق دون أي سؤال.
