Write, organize, and collaborate without handing your documents to a cloud service.

Tasfer is a local-first canvas editor built for notes, tasks, structured writing, and mathematics. Your documents stay on your device and remain available offline. No account or sign-up is required.

• Create paragraphs, headings, lists, tasks, images, links, and dividers
• Format text with bold, italic, strikethrough, and inline code
• Write equations with canvas-native LaTeX mathematics
• Work naturally with right-to-left and bidirectional text

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Documents are stored locally on your device
• No analytics, advertising, trackers, or telemetry
• No account and no central document server
• Export your work whenever you choose

COLLABORATE DIRECTLY
Pair trusted devices and edit together through encrypted peer-to-peer connections. A stateless signaling service helps devices find each other but does not receive or store the contents of your documents.

Tasfer is free and open-source software. Its privacy model is visible in the source code, not just promised in a policy.
