## What is Task & Pause?

When your to-do list keeps growing and every break feels like falling behind, Task & Pause helps you make a day that feels manageable. Check in with your energy, choose one meaningful task, and find space for focused work and breathing room. Time suggestions help you avoid crowded schedules, while a simple focus timer, optional ambient sounds, and gentle break reminders help you stay with what you started. Repeating tasks reduce the effort of planning again, and daily goals, optional streaks, and private charts show the progress that is easy to overlook. Reflect on what helped, adjust your routine, and personalize your space with calming themes and settings. Your plans and history are stored on your device, with no account, ads, or tracking, and optional backup exports let you keep a copy wherever you choose. Whether you are studying, working, or making time for personal projects, Task & Pause gives your day a little more direction and a little more room.
