## What is Task Bowl?

Task Bowl is a simple, low-pressure task picker for moments when choosing what to do next feels harder than the task itself.

Add your tiny tasks to the bowl, tap Pick One, and let Task Bowl choose one next step for you.

It works like a digital task jar: throw tasks in, pull one out, do it, or toss it back if your brain says “not that one.”

No complicated planner.  
No streak pressure.  
No productivity guilt.  
No giant to-do list staring at you.

Task Bowl is helpful for:
