### 2/5 — Issues with syncing and organization

*2020-01-19, version 5.9*

I might be stupid but despite bring different categories my calendar doesn’t display events as different colors.

### 2/5 — Needs work

*2019-08-22, version 5.2*

Please take out task potion of the app. When I synced one of my apps to have the dates show in the calendar, all of my previous dates showed up as tasks and showed I had 33 notifications. These dates had already passed and there’s no way to get rid of them.

### 3/5 — Great but needs SERIOUS work

*2019-06-23, version 5.0*

I love this app. I use it professionally to manage multiple projects. When they recently published the update, it erased all of my data across all of my devices... which was frustrating needless to say.
There are several things that I would like to see changed.
1. When in a project, instead of having an “All Tasks” button, just show all the tasks currently assigned. Get rid of the “+Task button” and just let me quick add the task instead of going into another screen.
2. FIX THE SYNC ISSUE. I need my devices to be update-to-date, and not erasing each other.

Fix these issues and this will hands down be the best task management application out there.

### 2/5 — Good App but no Settings!

*2018-09-09, version 3.1.4*

It’s a good app but this is the first app I’ve ever used where there are no settings. You can’t - for instance - change the font size or change starting day of week or adjust what the task red bubble counts (it doesn’t seem to exist).

### 1/5 — Lost Tasks and notes

*2018-08-08, version 3.1.4*

I have been using Task Office for about a week. To be honest, I thought this program was an answer to my prayers. The layout was pretty intuitive, it was available on iPhone and iPad. It was scheduled to be released to the Macbook but that hasn’t happened as of his review. The app allowed me to quickly save notes and organize them by project, category, priority etc. Unfortunately, by the end of day 2, I had a sneaking suspicion I was messing tasks. This morning at 3 am I couldn’t sleep so I actually mapped out some pretty awesome ideas. I had 11 tasks before I started at 22 to done by 4 am. Satisfied, I went to sleep. I woke up a few hours later went to work and picked up editing on my 22 plus tasks. A few minutes after a meeting this afternoon, I was walking back to my office and wanted to check some tasks off only to find I was down to 8. I can only theorize that maybe the syncing between my iPhone and he iPad are wiping each other out but anyway it goes, the task manager meant to help you remember tasks is forgetful. I can not recommend this app in its current state.

### 4/5 — Exactly what I was looking for

*2018-06-15, version 3.1.4*

Only used it a couple of days so far. Have tried many similar apps. So far this is the only one that has everything I need; including the ability to mark a task or appointment as completed, but leave it visible on my calendar with a line through it.

Loving it so far. Worth the high price!

### 1/5 — Bad App

*2018-05-20, version 3.1.2*

Instructions are entirely to vague. Nothing seemed to work. Extremely difficult to maneuver around app. Entirely overly priced. NEEDS MUCH WORK.

### 1/5 — Integration is a little misleading

*2018-01-09, version 3.1.1*

Cons: It does integrate with calendar by creating it’s own calendar. I don’t want to manage yet another calendar. I would like for it to integrate with existing calendar. I looked at the lite before buying, but the purchased version is just like the lite. There are no settings button so you can sync with existing calendar and or reminders.

Pros: Good looking User interface.

I’ll be asking for a refund.

### 4/5 — Amazing Planner!

*2017-12-07, version 3.1.1*

I love this app, it works so well and is so in depth. My only problem is is that I take a medicine every 8 hours, and the app won’t let me set the repeat for that interval. Also, there should be Siri integration! I have the iPhone 7 Plus, and TaskOffice and Siri would work well together. This app is still worth the money though!

### 2/5 — So frustrating!

*2017-11-02, version 3.1*

I have bought and tested this app several times always hoping for working iCalendar integration...and it never happens no matter what the release notes say. And where are the settings options and the ability to create an account so I can sync between devices?? Off to request another refund. :(

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Does not show multiple months of calendars you get only a one month view.

*2020-02-06, version 6.0*

Ended up with over 6 months of overdue items.

### 1/5 — Don’t do it!

*2019-10-21, version 5.3*

Loaded this app and created my second project, and every previous event on my calendar became one of 522 open tasks! Great concept but this is insane. Not worth $20!

### 1/5 — My review

*2019-08-08, version 5.1*

I know you had my first review but the issue is, I tried to reach you for so long and I have no response. I purchased both Task Office and Project for iOS but lost all features. No task listed on screen, no color for different categories, no notification,...I don’t want anybody to feel the same.

### 1/5 — Very few features for such a high price

*2019-07-13, version 5.0*

$20 made me think the paid version would offer numerous customization options. Not the case, very few options. There are other apps out there with a lot more features at a fraction of the price.

### 1/5 — No notifications

*2019-07-10*

Latest version doesn’t show notifications on lock screen or as a banner when iphone is unlocked

**Developer response:** This issue is fixed. In version 5.1 notifications are shown both on locked screen and when device is unlocked.

### 1/5 — Not worth the $20 at all - please refund.

*2019-05-25, version 4.9*

I cant get my iphone calendar events to show up on the app. I dont want to be inputing stuff in two calanders.!! Please fix this or get me a refund. It looked promising but was let down.

### 1/5 — Attorney

*2019-05-01, version 4.8*

Not work on exchange

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money.

*2019-04-27, version 4.8*

I bought task Office thinking it would help me scheduling my time. I followed all the directions on their “help” page. Did everything it told me to do. Still, task Office calendar will not sync with my Apple calendar. I guess the sellers expect me to renter appointments that go into 2020. Sent two emails to tech support and I have received no response. So I blew $20 for a Dead app.

### 1/5 — Not Worth It

*2019-02-04, version 3.9*

When I stumbled across this app, I thought I had finally found the perfect app to help keep me organized. I wanted to believe in the app, but that’s not the case. While the app looks cute and looks like it could be a true benefit to me. I am noticing that I am unable to assign tasks beyond February 5, 2019. This is a huge let down. I will be looking for a refund 🤦🏾‍♀️

### 1/5 — So long winded, not an app to add tasks on the fly.

*2018-12-17, version 3.8*

The videos looked promising but I can now see why they do not offer you a trial. I would have never paid £19.99
I took a gamble & it’s backfired. Not an app that I enjoyed using at all. Keeps freezing on my iPhone XS too.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Ugh

*2020-04-24, version 6.4*

I’m sorry I paid for it. It doesn’t allow me to delete some tasks when they are done. It keeps popping up with its own “welcome to task office” page and then has its own tasks. It’s hard to get rid of that. I now have 52 tasks listed when I only have 4.

### 5/5 — Best GTD / Appreciate update to sync with my calendar!

*2019-08-14, version 5.1*

I still think this app is the best for GTD Type task management, however still wish this had sync to Dropbox or other cloud based service other than iCloud. Currently I am unable to share content with my SO, and this would be huge improvement for my needs

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2019-03-26, version 4.5*

I had been searching for an app that would have all in one place: tasks, appointments, projects, and that would also present the information clearly. This is it. 5/5

### 5/5 — Fantastic App

*2019-02-15, version 4.1*

If you need to be organised this is the app for you, calendar, tasks, contacts and even projects all in one place and one of the best looking “getting things done” apps there is

### 5/5 — Perfect for me

*2018-11-04, version 3.5*

Still learning

Thx

### 5/5 — Great App

*2018-08-20, version 3.1.4*

Easy to navigate keep me organised one of the better task manager apps. Happy

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2017-08-29, version 3.0.1*

I tried very apps to get organized and this is the best but it'll be better to have sub task it'll be required.
Hi again I really need this features as soon as possible please!
1.Need to Select start day of the week on calendar
2. Add sub task
3. Set time for to do now I just set date

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2016-12-12, version 1.2.2*

Great app! Helps keeps my crazy work schedule in line!

### 4/5 — Great app

*2019-05-17, version 4.9*

I do wish they would link the tasks to the projects. Right now I have to type in ever task(project) just so I know what project that task is associated with. The other downfall is the calendar. When you set a date of completion for a project or task it doesn’t show up in the calendar. So basically all organization is in you and it takes a lot of time to input because they don’t automatically link.

### 4/5 — Great app. I really like it.

*2019-05-07, version 4.8*

Wish I could export tasks to do as pdf or txt to printer or file system. Also wish completed projects, events and tasks could be time stamped and exportable as txt, html, pdf or csv. I would pay extra for that. That way this app could act as a log book which is very important to my business. Otherwise this is very useful and helps with productivity.
Thank you
