Task15 is a calm, focused task planner built on one idea: everything you do takes time, so plan in time. Every task is chunked in 15-minute blocks, so a vague to-do list becomes a plan you can actually feel and finish. Getting groceries - is that 15 mins at the corner-store, or an hour trek to the supermarket - you decide. No streak guilt. No bloat. NOW ON MAC Task15 is now a native Mac app with a spacious three-pane layout. Your projects and library sit in the sidebar, your tasks in the middle, and the full task detail stays in view on the right. Menu commands, keyboard shortcuts and multi-select all feel right at home. A SMARTER iPad iPad now adapts to how you hold it. In landscape you get the same three-pane layout as the Mac, to use every inch of the screen. In portrait you keep the familiar tab bar from iPhone. ONE PURCHASE, EVERYWHERE iPhone, iPad and Mac now ship together and stay in sync on your private iCloud. There is nothing new to set up. Plus polish and refinements throughout. Plan in blocks, finish more. ### 1.2.6 — 2026-06-20 Task15 is calmer, clearer, and more colourful. YOUR DAY, ONE GAUGE - The Home meter is rebuilt as a single Liquid Glass arc. Completed blocks fill it with tinted glass, warm rose for overdue and violet for due today, so your progress is obvious in a glance. (The twin gauges prior were two confusing) GESTURES THAT MAKE SENSE - Short swipe a task to delay it, full swipe to archive. Swipe the other way to reveal subtasks inline. - Delete moved into the press and hold menu, so nothing disappears by accident. EVERY TASK IS A CARD - Tap a task's pie to log a block. Multi block tasks show one wedge per 15-minute block, filling as you go. MAKE IT YOURS - Choose a colour scheme, Indigo or Steel and Gold, in Settings, Appearance, independent of light and dark mode.
