## What is TaskAgent?

Task Agent is the companion app for your Task Agent workspace — the platform where AI agents automate your business processes end to end: an inbound email becomes a Xero invoice, a delivery docket becomes a purchase order, a customer message lands in Monday.com against the right contact.

The mobile app puts the human half of that loop in your pocket:

INBOX — never be the bottleneck
When an agent needs you — a question only you can answer, or an action that needs sign-off before it touches your systems — it lands in your Inbox with a push notification. Approve, decline, or reply in seconds.

CHAT WITH YOUR AGENTS
Every agent is a conversation. Kick off work, check progress, or redirect a running agent mid-task. Attach files from your phone, or photograph an invoice, receipt, or delivery docket with the camera and hand it straight to an agent.

FULL VISIBILITY
Watch sessions as they run — every step, every tool call, every decision your agents make is traceable. Nothing happens behind your back: actions you've gated always wait for your explicit approval.

WORKS WITH YOUR STACK
Agents connect to Xero, Monday.com, Outlook and Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Slack, and email — with granular, per-agent permissions you control.

Task Agent is built for teams already running a Task Agent workspace. Sign in with your existing account — new workspaces are provisioned at taskagent.au.
