## What is TaskAura?

TaskAura for clients is the mobile companion to your TaskAura client portal. Use it to work with your service provider in a single, organized workspace—so requests don’t get lost in email threads and everyone sees the same history.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Join your organization with a secure client/workspace code provided by your vendor.
• Create tickets that capture what you need: project context, clear issue lines, and rich detail your team can act on.
• Attach supporting files (images and common documents) so problems are explained with evidence—not guesswork.
• Track ticket status and triage progress with labels designed for client-facing workflows.
• Open a ticket to review the full timeline: structured subtasks and a dedicated comments thread for you and your vendor.
• Get timely updates on your phone with push notifications (where enabled), so you’re not constantly checking for replies.

WHO IT’S FOR

TaskAura Client is built for customers and client teams who collaborate with a vendor through TaskAura. You’ll need an account and an invite/workspace code from your organization to use the app.

PRIVACY & ACCOUNT

Manage your profile and app preferences in settings. If you stop using the service, account deletion options are available where supported by your organization’s setup.

TaskAura Client helps you communicate with clarity, keep work organized, and resolve issues faster—without chasing status across scattered messages.
