Welcome to task management, calendar, and business communication all in one place. 

TaskChat will allow you to communicate with your co-workers and freelancers, while you can assign them tasks including due dates and deadlines. You’ll get alarm reminders when tasks are due and you’ll be able to auto-assign tasks to a random available time in your calendar or your teammates’ calendars based on the priority you select.

LEAD MANAGEMENT
Stop using your CRM to reach out to leads! Use the TaskChat app and call, email, or text your clients and prospects with a simple tool that separates your contacts based on the warmth of the lead. You can also send them pre-loaded email and text message templates based on what project they are assigned to.

INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY
Organize your business development projects by inviting team members into different channels. Once you create tasks within a project, you’ll be able to assign them to either yourself or a specific team member. Once assigned, you’ll be able to auto-assign the task based on when it needs to be accomplished, so you don’t have to worry about when it fits in their schedule.

TaskChat will automatically assign the task in an available time slot on their calendar. This allows for more organization within your business and greater productivity for all of your workers. Your workers won’t miss a beat since their schedule will be filled up and they’ll get constant reminders to make sure they know what tasks to accomplish next.

Legal Notice: Payments to the following plans will be on a month-to-month basis and you will be charged to your iTunes Account at the confirmation of purchase according to the title of the TaskChat plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal based on what TaskChat plan you select in the app which is dependent upon the number of employees. Subscriptions may be managed by you, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No refunds. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

There are several applications that allow you to message your business team and there are a few apps that have good task management. TaskChat takes the cake because it has the best of both worlds in one easy to use platform - both task management AND business communication texting between partners/employees/freelancers who you invite on. Amazing interface. The best part is it has a built in easy-to-see calendar and it will automatically schedule your tasks for you, finding an opening in your calendar, based on the expected time you need to complete the task and the due date of when the task needs to be done by. Best business app I've ever come across. Will increase your productivity and organization by 1,000 fold.
