## What is TaskFire?

Just say it. TaskFire is the to-do list that works with the new Siri. Say a task with its date and list in one sentence, and it's there.

Then open the app and everything is sorted: overdue, today, and the next seven days, shared with the people you share a life with, on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web.

SEE WHAT MATTERS
Overdue, today, tomorrow, and the next seven days, in the order it matters. Smart lists pull tasks together by due date, star, tag, or person, so the right things are always in front of you.

ADD A TASK IN A TAP
Type it, pick a date and a list, star it, tag it, done. Add notes, checklists, and attachments when a task needs more.

NOW WITH SIRI
TaskFire works with the new Siri. Say "Hey Siri, in TaskFire add call the dentist tomorrow at 3pm" and it's on your list with the date and time. Say several tasks in one sentence. Looking at an email, message, or note? "Hey Siri, add this to TaskFire." Ask Siri what's on a list and it reads it back. Ask Siri to remind you when you get somewhere, like "remind me to get toilet paper when I get to Costco."

SHARE A LIST
Invite family, roommates, or coworkers to a list. Assign tasks so everyone sees who's on what.

TASKS AND CALENDAR TOGETHER
See your tasks and your week on one screen. Connect Google Calendar for two-way sync.

EVERY DETAIL A PLANNER COULD WANT
- Repeating tasks, based on the due date or the day you finish
- Multiple reminders per task
- Location reminders that alert you when you arrive
- Start and due dates and times
- Notes, comments, and checklists
- Email tasks straight into your TaskFire inbox
- Dark mode

ALWAYS IN SYNC
One account on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web. Your tasks are backed up to our secure cloud and follow you everywhere.

TaskFire is free to use. Try Premium free for 14 days, then keep the basic app free or subscribe monthly or yearly.

Siri features require an iPhone with Apple Intelligence running iOS 27 with the new Siri turned on, and iPhone and Siri set to English.

### 5/5 — Seamless Transition

*2026-09-23, version 12.0*

I have used ToDo by Appigo for 14 years. Just made the transition to their TaskFire in order use on a newer version iPad. Seamless transition with all my ToDo data carried over to the new app - and I like the TaskFire app. Side note: their customer service was excellent.

### 5/5 — Great Customer Service!

*2026-09-18*

When my tasks weren’t backing up in ToDo 6, I had no choice but to upgrade to TaskFire. I was concerned about upgrading because often with software vendors the “upgrade” is not really an “enhancement” but a loss of functionality and, in my experience, at times, a loss of data, too. That was not the case with Appigo. The upgrade was incredibly smooth and easy. The transfer of data between my iPhone and iPad is instantaneous now, and all the data are there. I’m able to keep both ToDo 6 and TaskFire on both devices, just in case, and can delete ToDo 6 in the future whenever I choose to, as it will no longer be needed. Big thanks to customer service for being so reassuring and helpful!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for taking the time to write this! We know switching apps can be nerve-racking, especially when your tasks matter this much, so we're really glad the move to TaskFire was smooth and everything came across. Welcome to TaskFire, and we'll pass your kind words along to our support team. Thank you for being with us!

### 1/5 — Glitchy

*2026-09-13, version 11.1.38*

I would like the app but it has many glitches. I reported them a couple but nothing changed

### 5/5 — Been using for years

*2026-08-19, version 11.1.36*

I have been using this to do program for many years. It works across all of my devices and it
Is easy to use. The information is accurate. I would highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2026-08-17, version 11.1.38*

Recent update messed up the app on iPad but fine on iPhone. Support responded within 24 hours and were right on it. Took a few more days to resolve but support contact several times to check it. Special thanks to Britta. That is also my sister’s middle name and my great great grandmother! All good.

### 5/5 — Customer support is back

*2026-08-17, version 10.6.9*

I’ve been using this app since it first came out as a native iPhone app. I’ve tried most of the top rated organizational apps and found them too cumbersome to use. TaskFire’s intuitive and simple to use interface still makes it a great choice. The more recent reliability and customer support issues have improved with new personnel brought onboard (Britta L).

### 4/5 — Quick Response

*2026-06-27, version 11.1.36*

Thanks to Britta & the team for responding and resolving my issue in a quick & effective manner!

### 5/5 — Wilky

*2026-06-27, version 11.1.36*

Technical support outstanding even though rarely needed

### 5/5 — Great app, great customer service

*2026-06-11, version 11.1.36*

I’ve used about every Todo app out there and this is the best. Also I messaged customer service with a small problem and they immediately helped me. I’ve been a loyal paid customer for years.

### 5/5 — Fantastic ToDo App - 13 year user

*2026-06-02, version 11.1.36*

As stated in the title, I am a 13 year user of TaskFire, and I love it! As someone who is busy with young kids, a career, extracurriculars, household maintenance, car maintenance, etc., Task Fire is indispensable in staying on top of everything I have to do. I’d be lost without it.

What’s more, their customer support is outstanding. I had a persistent syncing issue that was preventing me from adding tasks and syncing between devices. Britta from their customer support team was able to deftly resolve the issue. She was responsive throughout, and her instructions were detailed and clear.

Highly recommended!

### 12.1.1 — 2026-10-13

Fixed: a task's Action row showed only the phone option. Contact, location, and link are back, and the icons are the right size on iPad.

TaskFire works with the new Siri. Say it once and it's on your list: "Hey Siri, add call the dentist tomorrow at 3pm to my Home list in TaskFire."

New in 12.1: location reminders by voice. Say "In TaskFire, remind me to get toilet paper when I get to Costco" and TaskFire reminds you when you get there. Set TaskFire's location access to Always to use it.

With Siri you can also:
- Add a task with a date, time, list, star, note, or tags
- Say several tasks in one sentence
- "Hey Siri, add this to TaskFire" from an email, message, or note
- Set repeating tasks, make a new list, or delete a task by name
- Ask what's on a list, what a task's note says, or what's tagged
- Find and open tasks from your iPhone's search

The Siri tab shows everything you can say. Requires an iPhone with Apple Intelligence, iOS 27, and the new Siri turned on. On other iPhones, start with "In TaskFire" and Siri works the way it always has.

Also in 12.1:
- What's New now lives in your notification bell
- iPad fixes: every day in the date picker can be picked, the quick menu fits on screen, the checklist Add button shows in full, and search is one tap from the header
- Checklist search works on iPhone
- The calendar shows today's column again
- Siri phrases ready in French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and Korean for when Apple adds those languages

The Apple Watch app is taking a break. We're rebuilding it with Siri AI, and it will be back.
