I am pleased to report that as of today everything works very fine again. But I am only updating to three stars because it took two weeks to fix the problem and problems are happening again and again in this period: it is very frustrating not to be able to count on a reliable app, especially for a critical function, like a to-do list. I hope the situation is now more stable and I think the people that fixed this problem this time. I appreciate it very much for your hard work. (Update Dec 30, 2025) terrible period for synching: almost every week episodes of not working. Today again, right now I am stuck without access to my tasks (only web interface works but it’s terrible). Please fix this!! (Update Mar 08, 2021) the new screen split option for iPad is really cool: very well done. Thank you for implementing it! I know you are working very hard. Now I see problems with adding notes to a task. When I type my note on the iPhone and hit “Done”and at least 50% of the time what I typed is lost. Not half of it, but the entire new addition to the note, like I never typed it. It’s frustrating because I lose my content and I can’t figure out why: it always worked very reliably before the latest update. It seems to be connected to the continuous updating that now is happening: if I put in airplane mode, all works. But if I add a note while on line, it’s lost, but sometimes after pulling down (and forcing a synch up) it reappears, like it was stored somewhere invisible... Plötzlich geht der Sync nicht mehr und es poppt die Nachricht: Sync-Fehler Fehler, Diagnoseprotokoll prüfen. Das ist sehr unschön und geschieht seit Jahren nun immer wieder ohne dass ich etwas geändert habe. Dann plötzlich ist das Problem wie von Geisterhand verschwunden . Several of my employees used a team account to share repeatable tasks. Within the past several months, we have had major problems with the service and customer support. For one, the entire service went offline and had to be restored. We were fearful that we had lost all of our tasks. The Android app can no longer be installed on newer Android devices. We can’t invite new users into our account. Basic features like marking off a task in the web app wouldn’t work. Messages to support are not answered or not helpful. Hands Down Worst ToDo App On the iOS AppStore *2026-02-04, version 11.1.35* The software doesn’t work, it only synchronizes half the time and when it does it work, it ends up screwing up other things in the cloud. The “solution” for this problem (as told to me by the developers) is for the end user to delete their account and then start a new one from scratch. Additionally, if you’re looking for support, there’s none to be found. Nobody cares and nobody’s going to answer your email. I literally chased this company around for 6 or 7 months last in 2025 trying to get a fix or some kind of resolution as I paid full price for their app in 2015. App is now unusable and they simply ignore every request for help. My support request was acknowledged and ignored. Ditto my second try. I’m rebuilding with Apple Reminders and Notes, MUCH more trustworthy and totally meets my needs. It works across all of my devices and it Is easy to use. The information is accurate. TaskFire’s intuitive and simple to use interface still makes it a great choice. As someone who is busy with young kids, a career, extracurriculars, household maintenance, car maintenance, etc., Task Fire is indispensable in staying on top of everything I have to do. I’d be lost without it. What’s more, their customer support is outstanding. I had a persistent syncing issue that was preventing me from adding tasks and syncing between devices. Britta from their customer support team was able to deftly resolve the issue. She was responsive throughout, and her instructions were detailed and clear. Todo Cloud la sincronizo entre 3 iphones, 1 ipad y 2 mac. Incluso algunos en ingles ynptros en español. Las smartlist son muy potentes. Creo que es la unica app de tareas que logra filtrar o agrupar las tareas con tanta precision, por etiquetas, por listas, prioridades, fechas, incluso por caracteres. Por ejemplo, pon en el titulo el char 📌 y podras filtrar tareas con ese char. Eso es muy util. Además puedes respaldar las tareas con Todo en Mac, ya sea en pdf (con print listas) o con el backup en cvs. Yo uso la version premium y vale la pena. La uso tanto para tareas como para notas, ahora tengo 2.383 registros y los maneja y sincroniza sin problemas. El soporte de Appigo es bueno, responde o mejora cuando hay un bug.
