## What is Taski?

Taski is a calm, focused day planner that helps you shape your day and actually follow through — without the noise.

Plan your day in a quiet list or a time-blocked timeline. Run a focus timer on any activity. Keep gentle habits and streaks. Capture fleeting thoughts by voice. All in one warm, beautiful place.

A DAY YOU CAN SEE
Plan in a calm list or a time-blocked timeline. Group activities by morning, afternoon, and evening, drag them into order, and watch the shape of your day come together at a glance.

FOCUS & TIME TRACKING
Start a focus session on any activity and a calm timer bar keeps running above your day — and on your Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island, and on Apple Watch, where you can pause and resume without unlocking. Stop and log when you're done, and build an honest picture of how you actually spend your hours.

HABITS THAT ENCOURAGE, NEVER SHAME
Turn what matters into daily or weekly habits. Gentle week strips and streaks show your consistency without guilt — no red marks, no pressure, just momentum.

VOICE QUICK-ADD
Hold, speak, done. Taski hears "call the dentist tomorrow morning" and files it with the right list, date, and time slot — so a fleeting thought is captured before it slips away.

YOUR CALENDAR, ALONGSIDE YOUR PLAN
Connect Google Calendar (read-only) and your meetings sit right next to your plan. Nothing collides, nothing double-books, and your real day is always in one view.

CAPTURE EVERYTHING IN CONTEXT
Keep voice memos, photos, and files with the note or activity they belong to. Capture an idea as an album of context, then come back to everything in one tidy place.

LOOK BACK AT YOUR WEEK
Pick any week or month and see where the hours actually went — day by day, list by list, activity by activity. It's a mirror, not a scoreboard: nothing to fail, no goal to miss, no streak to break. Narrow it to a single day or a single list without losing your place, then copy or share the recap in a tap.

THE DATES THAT MATTER
Birthdays, anniversaries, and the trip you're counting down to live on their own quiet screen. Pin the next one so it greets you at the top, and let Taski remind you a few days before — early enough to actually do something about it.

LISTS INSIDE YOUR PLANS
Any activity can hold a checklist you tick off as you go — packing, a cleaning round, the steps of a bigger job — and any list can become a shopping list with an amount on every item. The screen stays on while you shop, Taski suggests what you usually buy, and everything keeps working without signal.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4 — 2026-09-24

Taski 1.4 — lists inside your activities, and a shopping list that keeps up with you.

CHECKLISTS INSIDE ANY ACTIVITY
Give an activity the parts you tick off as you go: packing, a cleaning round, the steps of a bigger job. Tick them, skip what you don't need, reorder them, and see how many are left right on the Today row. When the list gets long, open it full screen.

SHOPPING LISTS
Turn any list into a shopping list and every item gains an amount you can read at a glance. The screen stays on while you shop, so you are not unlocking your phone in every aisle. Taski suggests what you add most often and brings back everything from last time in one tap.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Tick things off even in a basement supermarket — your list catches up the moment you're back online.

ALSO IN 1.4
Attachments keep their original file names in every language, and What's new now tells you when something new arrives. Plus a number of small fixes across the app.

### 1.3 — 2026-09-10

Taski 1.3 — look back at your week, and keep the dates that matter close.

RECAP
Pick any week or month and see where your hours actually went — day by day, list by list, activity by activity. Tap a single day or a single list to narrow the whole page without losing your place, and copy or share the recap when you want to keep it.

It's a mirror, not a scoreboard. There is no goal to miss and no streak to break — just an honest look at how the time was spent.

MOMENTS
A new screen for the days you'd rather not let drift past: birthdays, anniversaries, and the trip you're counting down to. Pin the one you care about most so it greets you at the top, and Taski can remind you a few days before — early enough to actually do something about it.

REPEATS THAT LAND ON THE LAST DAY
An activity can now repeat on the last day of every month, however long the month is. February included.

ALSO IN 1.3
Taski now connects to AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT, so you can ask about your day in plain language — you choose what it's allowed to do, and it starts read-only. The Today header is tidier, VoiceOver moves properly through every sheet, screen titles fit at any text size, and there are a number of small fixes across the app.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-31

Taski 1.2 — your focus session, right on the Lock Screen.

FOCUS ON THE LOCK SCREEN
Start a focus session and it appears as a Live Activity on your Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island if your iPhone has one, and on Apple Watch. The timer keeps counting while the app is closed, and you can pause and resume it without unlocking. If the timer changes on another device, the Lock Screen tells you, instead of showing a stale number.

THE TASK TITLE IS YOUR CALL
Would you rather task titles stayed off your Lock Screen? One switch in Settings shows a generic label instead, and the timer runs exactly as before.

HABITS YOU CAN FILL IN LATER
Forgot to log yesterday? Tap any day in the week strip or the recent-weeks grid to fill it in or clear it — today and any day in the past five weeks. Future days stay untouched, and streaks update themselves.

A CALENDAR THAT KNOWS WHO'S COMING
Google Calendar events (read-only) now show your own reply: events you're not going to are struck through, maybes quietly dimmed. Open an event to see which calendar it came from and who else is coming, with each guest's reply.

ATTACH ANY FILE
Activities now accept any file type, just like notes — designs, archives, 3D models, whatever the work actually needs.

ALSO IN 1.2
Photo and file attachments are reliable again, switching accounts leaves nothing behind from the previous one, and Taski now runs on the latest version of iOS — smoother and steadier throughout.

### 1.1 — 2026-08-06

Taski 1.1 — a much bigger, more capable day planner.

HABITS
Track daily and weekly habits with on-card logging, quantities, and reflections. Start from ready-made templates or build your own, with a Monday-start week strip and progress at a glance.

VOICE CAPTURE
Add tasks hands-free — just speak and Taski parses the details into a ready-to-save activity. Record voice memos straight into your notes and saved items too.

SAVE & SHARE ANYTHING
A new Saved inbox for links and notes, with rich previews (including YouTube and movie durations), an album grid, and full-screen viewer. Share links, media, and files into Taski from any app and route them to a note or activity.

FOCUS TIMER, IMPROVED
Switch tasks without losing tracked time, log time manually with quick chips or a dedicated sheet, and see your running timer stay in sync everywhere.

A DAY VIEW THAT ADAPTS
Filter your day to a single list, switch between a timeline and a flat list, reorder tasks, and let completed work quietly fold away. A new completion ring and today's stats show your progress.

CARRY-OVER THAT HELPS
Unfinished tasks surface gently so you can move them to today, push to backlog, or clear them — one at a time or in bulk, always with undo.

MAKE IT YOURS
Personalize lists with 120+ icons, emoji, custom images, and a custom color picker. Read-only Google Calendar now shows all-day events, and reusable activity templates get you started faster.

Also new: Taski Plus, refreshed onboarding, richer settings, haptics throughout, and many polish and stability fixes.
