Other than that we love it it’s amazing and it helps our kids! They want to do chores way more and love to earn coins to get stuff! When I visit their website, I receive this message: “Domain has been assigned. Please go to the site settings and put the domain name in the Domain tab.” This is quite frustrating. I attempted to sign up and couldn’t even access the app, it stays stuck on the information page about the app. No loading happens, no login happens. I’ve attempted to even reinstall the app and start over and nothing works. The concept is actually great, my kids really bought into the idea and it was near perfect. Then the app just randomly showed as “offline” eventually for all of us so none of the tasks update as done or approved. I did email trying to get support but never received any response so unfortunately had to cancel. I couldn’t do anything without agreeing to pay. I looked at old reviews and saw people complained about this a year ago. The developers said they would fix it, but they haven’t done anything. Nothing has changed. It’s misleading and a waste of time. Don’t download this app. To the developers: Why are you ignoring this feedback after a whole year?
