## What is Taskix?

Taskix is the focused daily habit and task tracker that respects your privacy. Define the recurring tasks that matter to you, plan which ones you'll do each day, and mark them off as you go - all stored entirely on your device.

==== PLAN YOUR DAYS ====
Open the Plan tab and tap any date on the built-in monthly calendar. Toggle tasks on or off for that day. Blue dots on calendar dates show your planning density at a glance - the darker the dot, the fuller the day.

==== TRACK YOUR TODAY ====
The Today tab shows exactly what you planned. Tap a task to cycle through three states: pending -> done -> skipped.

==== WATCH YOUR PROGRESS ====
The Stats tab gives you the full picture:
- Current streak and all-time best streak
- 7-day weekly grid (green = all done for that day)
- Monthly and all-time completion rates
- Per-task performance breakdown

==== STAY ON TRACK ====
Configure two daily reminders - one in the morning, one in the afternoon. Each notification lists your actual tasks for the day. Tap it to open Today directly. You can adjust both times or turn notifications off entirely in Settings.

==== YOUR TASK LIBRARY ====
Build a personal library of recurring tasks identified by emoji and an optional short label: Workout, Run, Reading, Meditation - anything you do repeatedly. Drag to reorder, swipe to delete. Deleting a task never erases your historical data.

==== COMPLETELY PRIVATE ====
Taskix stores everything on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. There is no account to create, no server to connect to, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. Uninstalling the app removes all your data permanently. Your habits are yours alone.

==== THREE LANGUAGES ====
Full support for English, Français, and Deutsch. Switch languages instantly in Settings - dates, weekdays, and all text update immediately.

Add a note to any day — see it as a post-it in Today.

Open the Plan tab, pick a date, and type a note in the yellow field below the calendar. It can span multiple lines. Clear it to remove it.

= Post-it in Today
Any note you write appears as a yellow card at the top of the Today view for that day — including past days when you browse back in time.
The note is read-only in Today; edit it any time from Plan.

Two improvements to make your daily review faster and more satisfying:

==== Browse past days in Today
Swipe left and right — or tap the arrows — to move back through the last month, one day at a time. Tap the date in the navigation bar to jump straight back to today. Full status editing works on past days too.

==== Green dots for completed days
When every task on a day is done, its calendar dot turns green. Blue dots still appear when tasks are pending or skipped. Intensity scales with the number of tasks planned, just as before.
