## What is TaskKast?

TaskKast brings your tasks, events, notes, and projects all into one place. Connects to the tools you already use, so you stop hopping between apps to find what's next.

CONNECTED TO YOUR TOOLS
• ClickUp — two-way sync for the Lists you choose, including subtasks, status, and due dates
• Google Calendar — two-way sync, with guest invites sent from your own account
• Zoom — create a meeting from an event and keep the join link attached
• iPhone Calendars — see and add to the calendars already on your device

TASKS
Stay on top of every moving piece. Create tasks, group them by project, add subtasks, notes and priorities, and set reminders that arrive when you need them. Build repeat schedules that match how you actually work: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, on chosen weekdays, or on patterns like "the third Tuesday of the month." Weekend rules can automatically shift a task to the Friday before or the Monday after.

CALENDARS
Plan your day without the clutter. Move between Day, Week, and Calendar views, jump to any date, and see everything together or filtered down to a single project. All-day events, start and end times, and locations with map links are all built in.

NOTES AND COUNTDOWNS
Capture details your way. Write notes with simple formatting, or dictate them with talk-to-text. Set a countdown to the moments that matter and watch them tick down. Everything stays attached to the project, task or day it belongs to.

PROJECTS
Give every client, area, or workflow its own project. Filter any view down to a single project, set a default calendar and its own notification sound for each one, and keep business and personal life cleanly separated.

YOURS, AND PRIVATE
Your data lives on your device and syncs through your own iCloud account. Lock the app behind Face ID, export a full backup or a CSV whenever you want, and disconnect any integration at any time. You can request deletion of your server records from inside the app.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR WAY
Dark mode, adjustable text size, your choice of accent color, 12 or 24-hour time, and your preferred first day of the week.

SUBSCRIPTION
TaskKast Annual is a yearly auto-renewing subscription that includes every feature and all integrations. The price for your region is shown in the app before you purchase. New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial; if one applies to you, its terms are shown before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm, or at the end of your free trial. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings.
