## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.6 — 2026-08-12

Transfers now move stock in the same units you order and receive it.

When you send items between locations, you can transfer a case, a pack,
or a single unit — instead of always entering the smallest unit. Each
item shows its unit right under the name; tap it to switch.

Note: quantities on the transfer screen now mean packs, not individual
units. "1" on a bag of tea sends one bag.

### 1.2.5 — 2026-08-04

Managers now get notified the moment someone requests time off or
submits an availability change — no more checking the Requests page
just in case. Tapping the notification takes you straight to the
approval queue.

• Time off and availability requests now send a notification
• Notifications open the manager approval queue directly
• Availability changes are reviewable in the app
• Fixed: the availability screen could show your previously approved
hours instead of the change you just submitted
• Vendor Orders: choose which pack size a line orders in
• Help Desk: more reliable ticket photo uploads

### 1.2.3 — 2026-07-31

Waste logging is cleaner and faster this release.
• Waste Log now shows only the items your managers set up for waste tracking, filtered to the location you're logging against — no more scrolling the entire catalog to find one item.
• Fixed the keyboard covering the screen. Search fields, notes boxes, and Save buttons at the bottom of a pop-up panel now lift above the keyboard instead of hiding behind it. This affects nearly every pop-up in the app: waste, inventory counts, transfers, receiving, schedule, chat, help desk, catering, and more.
• Fixed the Reason picker not opening when logging waste from a checklist.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-07-25

Training
• Courses you finish now show as completed — progress no longer stays at 0%
after you work through a module.
• Your training is laid out in the order you're meant to do it, grouped by the
week each course is due, with an "Up next" card so you always know where you
  left off.
• Every course shows its own progress and a checkmark when it's done.
• Images inside lessons now load reliably.
• Managers can remove assessments while building a course, and can assign
training, competencies and a career path while inviting someone. Pending
  invites can now be edited.

Ordering & Receiving
• Order totals and line costs are now calculated on our servers, so what you
see in the cart is what lands on the order.
• Fixed items priced through the commissary falling back to supplier cost.
• Commissary order guides can be picked and filtered in Vendor Orders.
• Cart lines are priced by the unit you're actually ordering in.
• Placing an order is safe to retry if it doesn't go through the first time.

Waste Log
• New insights: average spend per day, your biggest days and items, and a
  monthly trend.
• The item picker now only shows what the selected location actually stocks.

Scheduling
• Shift cards are tinted so they're easier to read at a glance.

Also in this release
• The app now rotates into landscape.
• Available features match your subscription plan.
• Help Desk attachments match the web app, and assigning, changing status and
resolving a ticket now work properly on iPhone. You'll get a notification
when a ticket is created or updated.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-07-14

Cross-location transfers — any inventory user can send/receive at any location
Payroll: per-role hour breakdown shown under each employee
Passport builder: edit/delete pathway levels and requirements
Chat: "load older messages" pagination
Forum: tap a reaction summary to see who reacted
Send existing draft vendor orders directly from the app
Inventory counts summary now shows $ value (was a raw quantity sum)
Receiving: re-run AI extraction for invoices that came back with zero lines
Commissary: location names now resolve correctly across all company locations
