## What is TasksMate?

TasksMate brings your to-do list, project planner and work tools together. Organize daily tasks, track time and manage client work without switching between separate apps.

PLAN YOUR DAY
Create personal tasks with priorities, due dates, reminders, notes and subtasks. Keep your next steps clear and see what is finished and what still needs attention.

TURN IDEAS INTO TASKS
Use the AI assistant to help break work into manageable steps. Add tasks through natural-language input and use voice input when typing is inconvenient. AI features require TasksMate Pro.

MANAGE PROJECTS AND TEAMS
Organize project tasks in board, calendar and table views. Assign work, follow progress and discuss it through team chat and task comments. Keep notes, documents and files alongside your work.

TRACK WORK HOURS
Start a work timer or add a work log manually. Review recorded hours and work summaries to understand where your time goes.

INVOICE CLIENTS AND TRACK EARNINGS
Create invoices, export PDFs and keep client details in one place. Record earnings and expenses alongside your projects and work logs. Built for freelancers, agencies and small teams who need to organize both the work and the business.

STAY FOCUSED
Use the focus timer for dedicated work sessions. Plan meetings and view scheduled work in your calendar. Choose a theme that suits you.

FREE AND PRO
Start with personal tasks. TasksMate Pro unlocks advanced tools including projects, team collaboration, AI assistance, invoicing and an ad-free experience. Feature access depends on your plan. Subscription pricing and any eligible trial are shown before purchase.
