It is, by far, the best task app out there. It has a few minor challenges that the developer should be able to solve in short order, but he has left it for dead. So I cannot recommend you pay for this anymore. The biggest issue I face is that it randomly stops connecting to my personal Microsoft 365 account. It takes days/weeks to get it to properly authenticate and begin working again. It works fine with my work M365 accounts. Perhaps Ryan is afraid of completing the privacy info for the app, perhaps he’s tired of it, he was abducted by aliens, or some other reason. But if he is listening, hey, would love it if you would update this great app… my most used!! ### 4/5 — App just stopped working. Looks like this great app is in cash cow mode now. This is the best app for managing tasks. All the other apps by MS are horrible. I’d you have a company Office 365 or Exchange account, you will probably be fine. Why on earth this has so many issues with a person Office 365 / Microsoft 365 account, I do not know. I do know it is painful to use it with a personal subscription. Every now and then it just stops working. Then you have to delete the app, redownload it, and try to reconnect/login. I say try because sometimes it won’t work for days (on multiple devices), then all of the sudden I can get logged back in on both of my devices and get back to work. In the meantime, it’s a mess trying to get things done. I’m no expert, but I have other apps that use person M365, so I would assume the issue is with this app, sadly. So my dream is the developer updates it and makes it work better with person M365… and any other new stuff that would help, as in the ability to add user defined fields (I have one I added to outlook to prioritize/rank tasks). Even with the issues, this is still one of my favorite apps. ### 2/5 — Cannot sort tasks by Outlook category *2021-10-23, version 5.5.5* This app would be 5 stars but I cannot sort tasks by Outlook categories which I heavily rely on which makes it useless for me :( ### 2/5 — Phone display *2021-10-20, version 5.5.5* I would like tasks ordered by categories as it is on the computer. Every few days you have to delete the app. Download it again, sync it with your outlook and it will work for a few days. Then it will crap out and you have to repeat the process. Color task settings don’t translate into the black and white lists. There are too many items there from the ancient past in “tasks”. This is not fun to use and I’m sorry I got it. Obviously you are supposed to pay full fee anew… Then comes the disappointment: In TaskTask HD you could sort your tasks according to categories (e.g., to set up GTD-like management of tasks and to have task be shown according to work context). This is now not possible any more and task can only be shown according to due dates - for lack of phantasy? Why then should we pay even more money to get additional outlook field shown, when they can never be used for filtering? A nuisance that will hopefully be fixed soon. ### 1/5 — Secondary Sorting? *2020-11-11, version 5.5.5* Why is this yet another task app that sorts by due date (good) but then offers no option to sort alphabetically within dates, other than manually (good)? Years ago, it used to do this perfectly. But apparently no more. Another wasted opportunity to match the sorely missed Wunderlist. Waste of a download. ### 1/5 — unable to verify account / no response *2020-09-17, version 5.5.5* Using a company exchange server the app is unwilling to verify the account details no matter what is done IT in-house wouldn‘t find any obstacle, both wifi or cellular connection are no difference.
