### 1/5 — Update made app completely unusable on iPad

Can no longer use app at all, I enter my email, it loads forever and never allows me to actually use the app. My phone has an old version and it still works perfectly, why did you guys ruin your own app? This used to be the best organization app I’ve ever used and have kept my projects organized with it for probably like five or six years now. I don’t know what I’ll do if my phone version ever stops working, I plan my whole life on here.

I had this app for years and loved it. The confetti when finishing a to do was constantly keeping me going. I had multiple pages of ideas and notes including medical symptoms and research for my health. I was relying on this app to be able to effectively communicate with my medical team and keep my different ideas organized. When it automatically updated I couldn’t log back into my account and all my list have been lost since. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have never gotten a response. Finding their customer service info is incredibly difficult. U either need an account because the log in page link doesn’t work or need to hunt for it on their website. I would give 0 stars if I could. I’m devastated and still scrambling to figure out what was written in my notes.

This new update that has completely revamped and “gamified” the app has ruined it. I loved the app before with its simple, customizable to-do lists and widgets. Now, my former to-do list is completely gone and it’s seems there’s no longer any to-do list widgets available. I am deleting this app.

I loooooved this app prior to the update. I think I would be more willing to try to learn all the new stuff if I still had a way access to my old lists or had gotten a heads up they were going to be inaccessible. I had so many things saved that I no longer have access to. As soon as I realized I would not be able to access my old stuff I deleted the app. Womp womp.

Used to love this app for making to do lists and keeping track of my day, the new update deleted all of my previous lists and no longer has a widget which was why I used this in the first place! Very disappointing, have to find something different now.

I loved this app and recomended it to everyone I knew because this was the first to do app that genuinely worked for me. With the new update every list I made is gone. My planing for the next weeks and every system I set up simply lost. I can’t even start new because the entire system changed. Please change it back so I can at least do the same things I could before the update.

The recent update with the new design caused all my tasks and scheduled events to disappear. I woke up this morning to a completely empty calendar — this isn’t just frustrating, it’s honestly devastating for my daily planning. A calendar app must be reliable, especially when users depend on it every day.

Please fix this issue immediately and provide a way to recover lost data — your users’ trust is at stake.

All of my stuff got deleted with no warning…if I had known I could have backed the list I had across many projects up. This is extremely frustrating, also the purchase I’d made doesn’t seem to be reflected in this new version.
