It’s currently crashed for me (the screen is all gray and I can’t see or click anything) and I’m trying to find another app and none of them are as intuitive. So far it’s been super fun. I’m a hoarder of many reminder/planner apps, but I’m hopeful for the future of this one becoming my go-to! Also, sorry for such a long review, but I’ve been super excited using this app and am looking forward to seeing it develop ☺️ Here’s some things I noticed as I was learning to use the app (iPhone 14 Pro Max user) - My keyboard blocks a large portion of the customization screen when adding anything new (ex: when creating a note, the entire text box is not visible). Maybe having the customization screen coming down from the top instead of the bottom would work better? - My calendar doesn’t work? Maybe I’m not understanding its functionality, but my calendar is completely empty despite having things with set dates scheduled. Also, I’m aware this may be a future update, but having an entire month-view option would be super useful (and having the colors sync from our tabs). - Choosing colors is a bit confusing. The color selector doesn’t feel smooth to use for me, and when trying to change a List color it occasionally doesn’t change to the color I saved. Idea for a future update: having color presets to choose from (as in each Tab could be a different preset theme) would be kind of neat! I don’t know how functional that would be for the app, but just a thought 😊 - Widget customization feels limited. I’m sure things will change as time goes on, but just wanted to note it here! I wish I could choose a custom color for my widgets, and the widget itself seems kind of bland - being able to mark things as complete from the widget on my Home Screen (similar to the iPhone Reminders app) would be awesome. Having a month calendar view for a widget would be my dream, since I currently still use Google Calendar as a widget for this (I liked using Google Calendar on my old Android better, because it actually had a widget view that took up the screen and showed the tasks/events). - Is there a way to recover deleted tasks? As I was learning the app, I didn’t know that just tapping the Short Cards marks it as complete and I wasn’t sure how to get it back besides just recreating it. ### 1/5 — payment modal still constantly pops up *2023-08-04, version 1.4.5* fix it nothing i try works it’s still an issue ### 2/5 — Great concept but the app crashes all the time *2022-12-17, version 1.4.5* The app itself it great and super helpful. I love marking items as complete and it helps to organize my day. However it freezes and crashes all the time which is very frustrating. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend getting hooked on this app because it takes a lot of time and energy to try to get it going some days ### 1/5 — 403 Forbidden *2022-11-23, version 1.4.5* This looked like it was going to be a great app. I can’t even sign up to use it! It wants me to agree to the terms and conditions but when I try to read what these terms and conditions are, I get a page error. Going back to the App Store and tapping on the App Help link, I also get a 403 Forbidden page. So much for that… ### 1/5 — Why do you need an account? *2022-11-11, version 1.4.5* There’s no functionality in this app that explains why an account is needed - then I looked at the privacy settings - tracking me across other apps and sites? How does that help me? But I can see it being useful to someone who wants to sell on valuable user data on habits etc. I’ll be interested in their explanation. ### 1/5 — Pay requests every time I use it *2022-02-13, version 1.4.5* It says it will ask for payment once a month but it asks on every open. Ironically I t’s so annoying and disruptive I can’t actually get to the point where I’d be happy to pay. I don’t know if app is still being supported now that developers have moved on to other things but if so I’d love it if they fixed this so I can actually trial the app properly and then I’ll probably be more willing to pay for it. ### 4/5 — amazing! *2022-02-10, version 1.4.5* i love this app, but it does need some fixing... some bugs to be fixed: - difficult to delete tasks - when opened the app rotates my screen (so i have to click out & click back on the app every time) - no longer allowing me to add icons for my tabs - keyboard works horrible!! this is definitely the biggest problem, & the root of some of the other issues. when the keyboard pops to type it hides the entire lower half of screen. you can't scroll to view more or the task will delete (i always end up using a bluetooth keyboard) - hard to navigate - color customization is really difficult (took 30 mins for it to stop clicking out & deleting progress) - calendar doesn't always work - copy & pasting is made difficult because of the keyboard ### 4/5 — Great but it crashed *2022-02-06, version 1.4.5* I watched a few of the developers live streams on tiktok and I couldn’t wait. I finally remembered about it and downloaded it. It was going so well. I made personal tabs and lists. It’s exactly what I need as a planner app. But all of a sudden it crashed. I assumed it was like any other app crashing so I closed the app and refreshed it. Still no change. So I deleted and reinstalled hoping I could just re-login to the app. But it was still the same thing. All that happened was a white screen with the pop up of offering money. I’m low on Money this month so I was going to pay in a few months but maybe not now. ### 4/5 — Almost There *2022-02-06, version 1.4.5* Has great potential. Very into the customization and aesthetics, but there are definitely some bugs. I’ve tried on three devices. It either won’t load the app at all or If it does, when I attempt to register it says, ‘Failure to Register’ or some such and that’s that. It’s the same on all three. This used to be the best organization app I’ve ever used and have kept my projects organized with it for probably like five or six years now. I don’t know what I’ll do if my phone version ever stops working, I plan my whole life on here. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE *2025-11-18, version 2.4.1* I had this app for years and loved it. The confetti when finishing a to do was constantly keeping me going. I had multiple pages of ideas and notes including medical symptoms and research for my health. I was relying on this app to be able to effectively communicate with my medical team and keep my different ideas organized. When it automatically updated I couldn’t log back into my account and all my list have been lost since. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have never gotten a response. Finding their customer service info is incredibly difficult. U either need an account because the log in page link doesn’t work or need to hunt for it on their website. I would give 0 stars if I could. I loved the app before with its simple, customizable to-do lists and widgets. Now, my former to-do list is completely gone and it’s seems there’s no longer any to-do list widgets available. I think I would be more willing to try to learn all the new stuff if I still had a way access to my old lists or had gotten a heads up they were going to be inaccessible. However with the new version it’s much different and I’m unable to organize my lists in the same way. I didn’t have this app as a planner, but more as a project manager. The new version is almost a completely different app, and while it may not be bad I wish i still had access to the old version. Not to mention all my previous lists I’ve been working on are gone.
