-Added/aligned routine unit issues support in completion flow.
-Unit issues now use correct backend technician-category filtering (completion + request flows).
-In unit completion, request-derived issues are shown and excluded from “Additional Issues” list (no duplicates).
-Stock/request UX in spare parts was improved (all-category logic, out-of-stock request support, chip visibility and labels).
-Ongoing-job persistent UI/notification hidden for admin/super-admin/CEO role variants.
-Checked/fixed locale corruption/merge conflict in frontend localization files.
