Waste of money and time. I paid 1000AED for 1yr. They will be available only during 10:00AM and 03:00PM (the time usually you will be at work). If you request for an express service you have to pay extra. You try reaching the customer care, they won’t respond. Try to reach them via email, they won’t reply you back. If you try to chat with them through the app, you won’t get any reply back. They charge call out gor every thing separately lets say you have problem in your light , in your sink drain and in your AC so they charge 50.52 for each problem so total 151.54 . Also we visited the office they said they will send but no one came to fix the issues. Pathetic service ### 1/5 — The worst maintenance team *2022-05-22, version 3.6* I have been facing issues with maintenance over a year.The main problem is the house keeping.Feels lik we are staying in garbage.Rats are everywhere.I caught 4 rats above my ceiling.Rats keeping on cutting the elec items above the ceiling and if we call them there will be no response.Even at the time of extreme climate the outside temp is 42deg and the rats cut the wire and ac is not functioning. I have a 2 yr old baby. How we managed that day is still a nightmare. No maintenance team works during holiday something happens tenants need to suffer.This is what their attitude. These guys charges for maintenance and they are not even caring about anything. There is no option other than app 2. I m 100% sure these people don't care about the app 3. They are charging just to come and check the issue (not repairing just to check) 4. No one picks the call even if you try to contact them. I waited on them for 40min and still they didn't pick up the call. A suggestion for all.. If you are moving into a new building ensure Tasleeh is not your maintenance provider. It’s been over two months since I raised a complaint regarding light replacement and window work, and yet no one has come to address the issue. Despite multiple follow-ups, there’s been no action or response, which reflects very poorly on your customer care service. I’ve never experienced such negligence and lack of accountability before. I request you to treat this matter as urgent and resolve the issues immediately.
