This feeds me, my partner and 3 kids. Food quality is good! If you download the taste of chilli app it tells you you're delivery will be 45 mins and counts it down! Recently however, I have noticed a huge improvement in the food with it always arriving hot, on time and good quality. There has been a noticeable improvement with their customer service too. If we ever have any issues they are resolved swiftly and we are compensated for the inconvenience. Food arrived after 90 minutes even though delivery said 45. Called to ask where it was, told it had just left, 20 minutes later had to call back to ask where it was. Arrived freezing cold. Called them back to tell them, was told I would have to give food back and then ring the company that deals with card payment (only open office hours), would not give cash refund as I was willing to give the food back for this as the food was disgusting when freezing cold. Terrible customer service and terrible app. Use Just Eat if you dare order from them as at least you are covered.
